Celebrating the 2022 World Reading Day on April 24th, BIS held its annual Book Week this week. The theme this year is: Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds. Keep reading with us:

 

Book Week Parade

The most exciting event of the week was no doubt the Book Week Parade, on which day students were encouraged to dress costume as their favorite book characters!

Secondhand Book Exchange

The secondhand book exchange gave students a chance to share their favorite books with their peers, while also giving old books a second life.

Reading Challenge

To encourage students to be active readers, prizes went to students who read the most book during the week.

Extreme Reading Challenge

Look at these students reading in the strangest places and positions! Reading can be everywhere.

Art Craft and Door Decoration

Our students and teachers showed their creativity and imagination through door decorations and art crafts. We also voted for our favourite door decorations. It's so hard to choose from these amazing decorations!
