Wuxi Education International Communication Center Visited BIS

On the morning of September 18th, Mr. Xu Weidong, the Deputy Director of Wuxi Education International Communication Center Visited Boston International School, accompanied by BIS Executive President Ms. Sue Su, Executive Principal Mr.Rob Stewart, etc.

During this visit, firstly Mr. Xu had a campus tour and visited the primary classrooms, the secondary classrooms, the early-year classrooms, canteen and performance art center, he highly praised the beautiful campus environment, the international atmosphere and the high-standard equipment and facilities application.

After the tour, Mr. Xu came to the conference room to hear presentation about BIS in terms of curriculum system, faculty team, student status, accreditation and authorization, international collaborative cooperation and communications. BIS Executive Principal Mr. Rob Stewart gave a detailed introduction about events carried out at BIS for enhancing the international collaborative cooperation and communications since it was established in August of 2018. Mr. Xu was impressed that BIS has carried out so many events in various catalogue, such as academic, athletic, arts, culture, community services, etc. He praised the proactive development of BIS.

He wished BIS can continue to develop and have closer cooperation with relative local education organizations, education communities, public schools and international schools to contribute more for regional international education development with its advanced International Education Management Concept and resources. Mr. Xu said the students will face to the social and the world in future, so every party of reginal education communities should cooperate to devote ourselves to create more opportunities for them to go out of the campus to show themselves and to cooperate and compete with their future partners worldwide.

BIS Executive President Ms. Sue Su and Executive Principal Mr. Rob Stewart expressed our sincere appreciation to Mr. Xu’s visit and guidance. Ms. Sue Su said the ‘going-out’ education concept from Mr. Xu is fully allied with the development strategy of BIS. We highly appreciated all the support and opportunities provided to BIS by Wuxi Education International Communication Center. The new school year has begun, Boston International School is willing to continue to actively work with her collaborative counterparts in all sectors of society to support reginal education international communication promoting and contribute more for reginal education creative development.
