The ACAMIS Silver Division Volleyball Tournament hosted by Beijing International Bilingual Academy was a very exciting event. Boys and girls from Boston International School volleyball teams traveled to Beijing on October 27-29 to participate in this tournament.
During this three-day event, there were nine different schools from all around China come together at the host school, Beijing International Bilingual Academy, to compete for the championship. All of the teams displayed exemplary athletic skills, passion and sportsmanship as they play with each other.
The boys division was a very close competition with many exciting matches. BIS boys team finished in fourth place with three wins and three losses. BIS girls fought hard in each match and came away with the best award – they were voted the team with the best sportsmanship.
Great job to all the players and coaches and we anticipate the ACAMIS Silver Division Basketball tournament which will be hosted by BIS in January.
