If your beautiful and peaceful campus turned into a spooky, scary and thrilling haunted castle, dare you go and have some fun?
The answer is absolutely YES for the BIS community on Halloween Night!
On October 30th, students started a normal school day with their usual studies and activities. However, when the school is over, they were surprised to find that the campus was totally different!
If you are courageous enough, please follow us with a review on the 2020 BIS Halloween Night! This year we had an extremely grand ceremony of Halloween that is enthusiastically participated by all our community members, students, parents, teachers and staff.
Whole-school Costume Parade and Fashion Show
How can you spend a night at Halloween without a costume? At BIS, we witnessed all kinds of costumes and make-ups from cute Early Years little spirits, Elementary elves to Secondary ghosts, zombies and weirdos. Parents and teachers also enjoyed themselves with their outfits and exaggerate makeups!
The secondary students even had a chance to walk the runway and presented a spooky Fashion Show.
Trick or Treat
No Halloween without candies. But this year, you should be wise enough to answer questions or win some games before actually get the candies. We set up over 10 Trick or Treat booths around the campus to provide fun activities. In some booths, you may need to solve a Math or Phonics problem, while in another, you may be scared to put your hands in a box and feel what’s inside!
Haunted House
Fortune favors the brave. We have lots of guts to explore a Haunted House! Our boarding students turned their dormitories into an abandon building that is haunted by the ghosts of some missing students… The light, sound effect and performance in the Haunted House was so thrilling, attracting so many braves…
Thrillers by Teachers
Do you have teachers as cool as those from BIS? Our teachers secretly prepared the Thriller dance and gave a big surprise! Their professional moves, the elaborate makeups and hair style impressed all!
Mummy the Mummy
Apparently Mummy share the same pronunciation with the word Mommy. Students had fun to bond their moms or friends up with toilet papers – something they never dare to do in the normal times!
Disco Night
A grotesque and gaudy Disco party drew a perfect conclusion to the whole event. Everyone has had great fun enjoying music and dance – even without any alcohol.
Great Appreciation to Parents!
We can never make the event so successful without the great effort and support of our parents! They sacrificed a lot of their time helping with the plan, the resources and the decoration. Many of them also volunteered to help with the activities throughout the night. We are so proud of our talented and generous parents!
If the memory of the night still lingers, here are more photos for you to enjoy.
