Christmas Cookies
What would the Christmas season be without homemade cookies?
To bake Christmas cookies during Advent season is very traditional in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The students got to know two Christmas cookies recipes. They prepared the dough, baked the cookies and decorated them. During this activity they listened to German Christmas songs and they can spoke about the Christmas traditions in their families and in other cultures. Students also got to know German traditions.
