Physics and Chemistry: Energy Unit

G11 and G12 Physics and Chemistry and AP students visited the Chinese Renewable Energy Exhibition on November 8. As part of the energy unit students studied sources of clean and renewable energy. They also studied the impact of fossil fuels on the environment.

The students had a chance to see different kinds of solar panels and their uses. They sawwind generated sources and biomass. They saw electric cars which are becoming popular in China.

One of the interesting exhibits was the green city which was solely powered by renewable energy.
