Human Resource Management

The BIS business students truly hold the characteristics of entrepreneurship. Their newly formed international school, the “Real BIS”, is ready to soar as the young, dedicated sprit within the organization.

This week they interviewed BIS Head of HR, Ms. Zhu, to learn the essence of human power management. From human resources planning, recruitment process, training and training to teacher appraisal, dismissal rules and motivation, they really learned through an authentic experience.

Three BIS teachers also have been interviewed by the “Real BIS” executives.
