The school enrolls the accompanying children (foreign nationals) of foreign nationals legally residing in Jiangsu Province.

Students wish to apply for BIS must comply with the requirements of Wuxi Municipal Education Commission, details are as follows:

• The children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are required to provide the resident permit of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the Mainland travel Permit of Hong Kong and Macao, the Mainland travel permit of Taiwan.
• The children of Chinese citizens who have legally settled abroad shall provide their parents' certificates of legal resident, the foreign passports of the children, and other materials required.
• The children of the returning expert personnel shall provide the documents of their legal resident abroad. Relevant materials that prove their parents meet the standards of the returning expert personnel are required.
