Q:What do you think values the most in IBDP?
A: I personally think CAS is the most important besides academics. Because it shows personality. It shows what you have accomplished and what your goal is.

Q: You said you get more help and support from teachers here. How about your parents? Do they track your study?
A: Yeah. They will ask how’s your school going and everything. There is also a lot of communication between the school and our parents.

Q: Do you think our College Counselling Program very helpful?
A: Definitely. I have this knee injury just before my college application and had to rest at home. I feel lost then and been through a mental breakdown. But I’m lucky to have my College Counsellor Mr. Wagner there to support and help me. He’s always full of energy. He really helped me out.

Q: Do you have any advices of college application
A: Choosing the major and the universities was one of the biggest decisions I have ever made in my life. It makes you question what you really want to do in life, your overall strengths and weaknesses, your passions, engaging in the “Knowing, Finding and Understanding Myself” process.
Here are my advices:
– Talking with someone who has first-hand or professional experience (i.e. School Counselor, teachers, family members) is very useful.
– Remember that top universities will not guarantee your life success: it is all about the way you do things and how you achieve your goals.
– Also, you don’t have to go to college right away, it is a choice. Take your time because it is never too late to start a new adventure!
